Bring with you a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive to the room. Please upload and test your presentation in good time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Computers and Technical assistance<br \/>\n<\/strong>Computers on site will be PC\u00b4s with. Presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT). MAC users who want to submit presentations must export their presentation as an MS PowerPoint file or save as pdf file.<\/p>\n<p>In order to avoid any problems with your presentation please make sure that it fulfils the necessary requirements for the following software:<\/p>\n<p>MS Office 2016 or later version (PowerPoint)<br \/>\nWindows Media Player<br \/>\nAdobe Acrobat Reader<\/p>\n<p>There will be a technician available in both the Conference Hall and the parallel room Pascal. Please hand in your presentation to the technician\u00a0<u>at the latest<\/u>\u00a0in the break before your session starts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentation format<br \/>\n<\/strong>The standard format of the projectors in the conference rooms will be 16:9 (widescreen).<\/p>\n<p>The default slide size in PowerPoint 2016 is widescreen (16:9), for earlier versions of PowerPoint it might be necessary to manually change this. Change the slide size from standard (4:3) to widescreen (16:9).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Poster Presentations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You will present your poster in brief, maximum 60 seconds, to the audience on the stage during the Poster briefing session. After that, the delegates are invited to the poster session where you present and discuss your poster.<\/p>\n<p>Mounting material will be provided by the congress staff and each poster place will be marked by the poster number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster measurements<br \/>\n<\/strong>The poster size is an A0 poster in \u2018Portrait\u2019 (vertical) format (A0 measures 841mm wide x 1189mm high). Please note that there is not enough space for posters bigger than the stated size or posters in landscape.
