No conference dinenr included in One day tickets<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Registration Instruction for Presenting Authors <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>According to the conference registration policy each accepted DDI2018 contribution (abstract, paper or poster) must have at least one full registration attached to it before<strong>\u00a0August 1st<\/strong>\u00a0in order to be included in the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that, if you register as a presenting author, you have to provide the Paper\u00a0ID number when registering.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Student fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Students include bachelor, master and PhD Student level. Please note, in accordance with Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements, any company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies outside of the EU) is NOT required to pay Swedish VAT for registration fee attending the\u00a0DDI 2018 conference in Sweden. Delegates from Sweden are required to pay VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).<\/p>\n<p>All delegates are required to pay VAT on social events (25%) and hotel (12%).<\/p>\n<h4><strong> Important information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please observe that the stated VAT number needs to be correct when registering for the conference. If the wrong VAT number is stated\u00a0in the registration form a changing fee of SEK 250 will be charged and you will also be charged the VAT amount (25%). This mistake could also incur a penalty from the Swedish tax office for false information.<\/p>\n<p>For EU countries; if you are unsure of the VAT number, <a href=\"http:\/\/europa.eu\/youreurope\/business\/vat-customs\/check-number-vies\/index_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here <\/a>to check\u00a0and validate your VAT number.<\/p>\n<p>Please have your VAT\/tax registration number ready before you start the registration process.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Method of payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr\/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Payment can be made by the following methods:<br \/>\nCredit card \u2013 Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.<\/p>\n<p>Invoice \u2013 Only possible for Swedish companies\/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: <a href=\"mailto:ddi2018@meetx.se\">ddi2018@meetx.se<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cancellation of hotel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>When the reservation is confirmed until 8 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled.<\/li>\n<li>From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival &#8211; 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival &#8211; 75% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>We regret that no cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that change of arrival\/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and\/or cancellations has to be made directly in written form to Sweden MEETX and not to the hotel.
